Wi-Fi network for Dzherelny Sanatorium

May 17 — World Telecommunications and Information Society Day

Indeed, the Internet today has become almost indispensable in our lives — it helps with work and education and connects us with family members and friends. We have the opportunity to receive news from various information sources and understand what is happening in all corners of Ukraine and the world.

We are the generation that stays connected at all times. That’s why Hostline deployed a wireless Internet network in the Dzherelny sanatorium. Several Wi-Fi access points were installed, and dozens of meters of cable were laid, which resulted in a higher data transfer rate, increased bandwidth, and network performance. Since the sanatorium was hosting 130 internally displaced people, the system must be able to withstand the load of a large number of users.

To celebrate World Telecommunication Day, the residents of the sanatorium can make video calls to their families and friends, because Dzherelny has all the facilities for that. Today, every Ukrainian has a new appreciation for technology, the use of which improves our daily lives.

#Hostline comprehensively helps IDPs and hosts hospitality businesses. You can join and help. Check out our campaigns here.
